Here's Card #3: Getting a jump on the 4th of July!

Paper: All SU! Whisper White, retired red stars from Scrappin Kit, Brilliant blue, real red
Ribbon - Retired red/white/blue SU! Grosgrain

I used the sakura glitter pen on the sparkler to make it, well, sparkle :) And the white gel pen from SU! for the faux stitching.
