Sewing 101

Ah, remember my post last week about sewing and my new little sewing machine (thanks to Cambria!)? Well, I finally tried it on something more than a scrap piece of cardstock. I tried it on two of my OSW Roses in Winter cards. Here they are:

Card 1:

Stamps: SU! and A Muse
Cardstock: all SU! Whisper White, Lavender Lace, Cool Carribean
Ink: All SU!: Certainly Celery; LL, AA; Cool Carribean, Tempting Turquoise, Palette Ink Noir
Accessories: sewing (Straight stitch)

Card 2:

Stamps: SU! and A Muse
Cardstock: all SU! Whisper White, Lavender Lace, Cool Carribean
Ink: All SU!: Certainly Celery; LL, AA; Cool Carribean, Tempting Turquoise, Palette Ink Noir
Accessories: SU! Turquoise Grosgrain Ribbon, sewing (Zig zag stitch)

So, it's nothing fancy but how did I do for my first paper sewing attempts?
